Breaking Through to Tier 2 – Integral Stage

It is only when you “break through” a Tier One perspective and enter the Yellow stage in Tier 2 that you can see that all previous stages (Tier One) were necessary but partial. Tier 2 – Yellow and then the next stage – Turquoise have been called “Unitive,” “Transcendent” or Integral. The shift is not only quantum in its leap but it is literally entering The Quantum Field.

This is a “big picture” view.

No one makes a shift from one “stage” to the next unless they are forced to because of life circumstances or they have awakened to the developmental path of the individual human and humanity as a whole.

We are certainly at a “tipping point”. Technology is accelerating the change. Politicians and global ‘controllers” want the masses to adopt a certain narrative and seem to be constantly attempting to drive different segments of culture into tribes (stage purple). In fact, it is my opinion that those deeply ensconced in the Purple stage will have a difficult time with this work and will probably show little interest. The other two community stages in Tier One…Blue and Green are also challenged but in different ways. Beige, even though it is the lowest rung in Tier One has the proverbial back door access. Red has found their personal power and can use that power to jump. Orange has all the resources available to make the leap…the problem is that you have to loosen attachment to the things you have accumulated. Green is at the precipice but there is a paradox in green.
